Refunds are subject to applicable consumer protection laws in the European Union and The Netherlands.
For Kickstarter or other crowdfunding campaigns, refund policies are determined by the platform’s terms.
For digital purchases made directly on our Site, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital key or content has not yet been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
